Sales services company is seeking for an Accounting Assistant responsible for register the transactions in the accounting systems, as well as creating and sending invoices to suppliers.
Requirements:
- Accounting bachelor’s degree
- 1 year previous experience in a similar position
- Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others
- Management of the Sage system
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent math skills with mastery of manual and digital calculations
- Detail oriented, teamwork and little or no supervision
- Responsible, punctual, organized with excellent time management and assertive communication skills
- Availability: Monday – Friday, Saturdays and holidays as needed
