Engineering and construction company is seeking for Administrative Assistant to provide support to the administration, engineering and accounting departments including the management of the telephone box.
Coordination of administrative services, purchase of materials, coordinate and manage everything related to the fleet of vehicles of the company. Control of registration of projects and auctions, among other clerical works.
• Office Systems bachelor
• 3 years of minimum experience in similar or related tasks
• Skills in the use of computers and data entry
• MS Office domain: Word, Excel, Outlook, among others
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent interpersonal relationships
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
