We are seeking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to handle the phone box and different office tasks. Responsible for handling reports, answering calls and the public, giving support to the different departments of the company.
• Experience in administrative functions, customer service and report management – Preferable
• Full domain of MS Office: Outlook, Excel (competent), Word, among others
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised, multitask and prioritize them according to what is required
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and precision
• Dynamic, helpful, responsible, organized person, with excellent time management and teamwork skills
