Hardware distribution company is seeking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for assisting in administrative and organizational management tasks, such as: monitoring employees, coordinating meetings and trips, answering calls and emails, providing customer service, among others.
Requirements:
• At least an Asociate Degree in Office Systems or related area
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative tasks or similar position
• Domain of MS Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, among others
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent skills in time management, customer service, organization, teamwork, and priority setting
• Ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships, work under little supervision and in a team, good communication
• Availability: Monday – Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
