Claims Representative (TCR) – 720h

Car rental company is seeking a Claims Representative responsible for the evaluations, investigations, and physical damage of the vehicles, including the car insurance process. Also, will be analyzing any debt regarding company responsibilities, document and communicate losses and reports. Manage repairs, permits, estimates and any other information required and participate in audits and special projects.

Requirements:

• High School
• 6 month of previous experience in similar position, managing claims process with car insurance and governments permits
• CURRENT PR Driver’s License
• Fully Bilingual with excellent communications skills verbal, written and auditory
• Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others
• Always willing to learn and help, excellent teamwork, time management
• Proactive with a strong personality, creative, enthusiasm, great work ethic, maturity, punctual, responsible
• Good organization skills, judgement, work under pressure, multi-task, detail oriented
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
