Medical equipment company is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for handling requests from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferable in the Health area, also in sales
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office domain: Word, Excel, Outlook, among others
• Responsible, punctual, good interpersonal relationships, time management and teamwork
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
