Tax management company is seeking for Customer Service Representatives that will be serving as first responder to customer inquiries and needs regarding the services provided by the company. Will be attending and documenting calls in CSR Documentation System, also refer or escalate they as needed. Will provide support to the company operations, among others.
• Minimum high school
• At least 6 months previous experience in customer service, preferably in call center
• Basic accounting knowledge, preferably
• Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal, auditive and written communication skills
• Availability: Monday – Friday – weekends and holidays as needed
