Restaurant chain is seeking for a Jr. Recruiter responsible for identifying candidates, posting job offers on various platforms on the internet, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related
• 1 year of experience in the full recruitment cycle
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Fully bilingual with excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
• Excellent skills in customer service, problem solving, time management, teamwork and under pressure
• Analytical capacity, responsible, organized, attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
• Domain of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, among others
