Distribution and manufacturing company is seeking an Online Store Representative responsible for managing store processes, including order receipt, merchandise dispatch, inventory, calls, claims, among others.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in customer service, inventory, sales “online” or related
- Knowledge of inventory management processes, merchandise dispatch, among others
- Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, preferable “online” sales systems
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible and punctual person with excellent organizational skills, problem solving, time management, and ability to prioritize
- Oriented to detail, customer service and adaptability and learning capacity
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
