Online Store Representative (TFG) – 721S

Distribution and manufacturing company is seeking an Online Store Representative responsible for managing store processes, including order receipt, merchandise dispatch, inventory, calls, claims, among others.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in customer service, inventory, sales “online” or related
• Knowledge of inventory management processes, merchandise dispatch, among others
• Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, preferable “online” sales systems
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Responsible and punctual person with excellent organizational skills, problem solving, time management, and ability to prioritize
• Oriented to detail, customer service and adaptability and learning capacity
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
