Retail sales company is seeking for a Property Coordinator responsible for the management of both commercial and residential properties belonging to the company and everything related to the continuous occupation of the different properties.
Requirements:
• Associate Degree in Business Administration
• 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably as a condominium manager
• Knowledge in handling applications for properties
• Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, among others
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Driver’s license from PR, CURRENT
• Own car
• Excellent organization, supervision, attention to detail, teamwork and time management skills
• Responsible person, punctual, organized, and oriented to customer service
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, weekends and holidays if necessary
