Retail sales company is seeking for a Purchasing & Compliance Coordinator responsible for ensuring that merchandise is purchased in compliance with the safety and quality control parameters required by the different regulatory agencies. Supervises tasks related to purchasing processes within its different stages.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or 3 years’ experience without education requirement
- 2 years of experience in a similar position with management of retail purchases
- Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliance standards
- Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, among others
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and priority setting
- Responsible, punctual, organized, detail oriented and team player
- Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
