Recruiter (TCR) – 444u

Car rental company is seeking for Recruiter responsible of recruiting and source talent using the company’s resources, outsource providers and coordinate the interviews and attraction processes. Also, source new candidates through the company’s resources, conduct interviews and refer candidates to each hiring manager, evaluate candidates and provide feedback about each candidate and keep track of the recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associate Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or related areas
• Knowledge and manage of good practices in recruitment, also in local and federal laws
• Fully bilingual with excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Domain of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, among others
• Excellent skills in customer service, problem solving, time management, teamwork and under pressure
• Analytical capacity, responsible, assertive, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work independently, conduct interviews in all levels, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
