Reservations Agent (WRM) – 623h

Hotel in the north area is seeking for a Reservations Agent responsible for the sales of reservations for the golf area, rooms, merchandise, recreation, and restaurants. Coordinate reservations, channel claims and customer requests, offer support in the marketing area in promotions and customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and marketing or in a similar position
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and auditory communication skills
• Management of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others
• Excellent skills in sales, self-management, customer service, critical analysis and problem solving
• Availability: Rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
