Medical equipment company is seeking Team Leader to provides leadership and direction, coordinate the activities to the customer services’ staff to assure high quality services to internal and external customers. Trains, coaches, and mentors’ employees on how to deliver the best customer service possible.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and / or Marketing
• 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service team) or in a frontline management position
• Analyze data and statistics skills
• Proven experience in leading a customer service team and/or proven experience in motivating and managing a team
• Experience in the medical device industry or medical plans, preferable.
• Fully bilingual with excellent communication skills verbal and written
