PSS Pathfinders, Inc. is a workforce management company, established in 1985, which provides a full range of human resources solutions including, Temporary Staffing Solutions, Temporary to Hire, Executive Search Services, Training, Background Check, Labor Mediation and Human Resources Consulting.

PSS Pathfinders, Inc. is one of a few Certified Women Business Enterprises (WBENC), and Women Owned Small Business (WOSB).

As a paperless enterprise solution company; our staffing services are managed through a unique web based Time Record Management Program; e-Payroll that allow our customers and employees manage their portfolio in a fast, accurate, and trustworthy manner avoiding adverse risks, protecting the environment, and in an efficient financial way.

Our staff is trained with the latest human resources trends related to recruiting techniques, labor laws updates, time management and cost effectiveness in order guarantee a successful employee relations management and service of excellence.

We are an active member of several associations such as: SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), Employers Committee, American Staffing Association, and the PR Manufacturing Association (PRMA) among others.
