Metal manufacturing company is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for telephone customer service and personnel in the Operations area, handling correspondence, making deposits, and keeping deposit records updated, among others.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Office Systems or Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and management of office and administrative tasks, such as managing the telephone box, filing, among others.
• Domain of MS Office 365: Outlook, Excel, Word, among others
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and management of the SAP system, cash register, bank transactions, among others
• Excellent analytical, and teamwork skills
• Responsible, punctual, organized person, with excellent time management skills
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
