Car rental company is seeking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for assisting executives in the human resources, finance, and presidency areas in administrative tasks, including managing transaction records, assisting in administrative processes, data recording in Excel, management of the telephone panel and channeling calls and messages as necessary, among others.


  • Associate degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business Administration or related area
  • 6 months – one (1) year of previous experience in a similar position
  • Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others
  • Knowledge of administrative processes with the ability to work without supervision, perform multitasks and prioritize them according to what is required
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and time management
  • Oriented to customer service and teamwork
  • Responsible, punctual, and organized person
  • Availability: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, overtime
