Customer Service Representative (LC) – 153c

Beauty Products company is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for interacting with customers, handling complaints, processing orders, among others.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in customer service, preferable in logistic area
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others.
• Oriented to problem solving
• Responsible, punctual, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Oriented to detail, customer service and teamwork.
• Availability: Monday – Friday, weekends, overtime, and holidays if required
