Beauty Products company is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for interacting with customers, handling complaints, processing orders, among others.
- High School Diploma
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in customer service, preferable in logistic area
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others.
- Oriented to problem solving
- Responsible, punctual, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Oriented to detail, customer service and teamwork.
- Availability: Monday – Friday, weekends, overtime, and holidays if required
