Export Coordinator (TLD) – 732o

Security materials distribution company is seeking for an Export Coordinator responsible for compliance with Free Zone protocols, analysis of shipping costs and expenses, creation of a database of new products, management of product receipt and price changes, among others.

Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration or related area, such as Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience in Free Trade Zone
• Knowledge of inventory platform management, SAP (preferable), billing processes, report analysis and price management.
• Domain of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, among others) and SAP
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, customer service, organization, teamwork, and prioritization skills
• Ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships, work under little supervision and in a team, good communication
• Availability: Monday – Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
