Beauty products company is seeking for a Human Resources Clerk responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This position handles all HR related administrative tasks such as maintaining records and documentation up-to-date, destructing files ensuring compliance with internal record retention schedule and completing data entry tasks, among others.
Requirements:
- Associate degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, or related field is preferred
- 6 month – 2 year experience in similar position, with human resources preferred
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Domain of MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, among others
- Responsible, organized person with excellent time management skills
- Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
