Import Specialist (TLD) – 731o

Security materials distribution company is seeking for an Import Specialist responsible for coordinating and managing the import process, mainly ensuring that imports are made in compliance with customs regulations, free zone, and internal company policies, maximizing efficiency of operations. Update customs regulations and import policies in the company’s processes, ensuring compliance. Establish contact and relationships with international suppliers.

Requirements:

• BA in Business Administration or related area, such as Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience in Free Trade Zone and area related to imports, logistics, supply chain or international trade
• Knowledge of Customs/FTZ documentation, management of inventory platforms, SAP (preferable), and trade and customs regulations
• Domain of MS Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, among others and SAP
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, customer service, organization, teamwork, and prioritization skills
• Ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships, work under little supervision, good communication
• Availability: Monday – Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
