We are seeking a Logistic Supervisor responsible to assist in customer service process and special projects, assist with the department goals, hires and trains new staff, develop new procedures and policies, manage the processes and metrics of the department, among others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 3 years’ experience in in related field and 1 – 2 years’ experience in supervision
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Domain of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others.
- Oriented to problem solving, customer service, detail, and teamwork
- Responsible, punctual, organized, with excellent interpersonal and confidentiality skills
- Availability: Monday – Friday, weekends, overtime, as needed
