NOC Technician Tier 1 (WT) – 733i

Telecommunications company is seeking a NOC Technician Tier 1 responsible to provide 24-hour surveillance and tier-1 troubleshooting for networks issues, according to the service standards, handle customer service troubleshooting and repair calls, update the tracking system for repairs and incidents, drives routine inspections on the networks, among others.


  • Associate degree
  • 3 years’ experience in related field and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, networking and phone support
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting internet routing protocols, testing DS1 & DS3 circuits
  • Manage of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others
  • Responsible, punctual, organized, with a high level of conflict solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to prioritize
  • Oriented to detail, customer service, teamwork and can work on a fast paced and changing environment
  • Availability: Rotating shifts
