Rental Agent (TCR) – 540h

Car rental company is seeking for Rental Agent responsible for orienting the customer, opening and closing contracts and offer an excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 60 credits or more in Business Administration
• Previous experience in car rental industry and customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and in team
• Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, among others including keyboard management
• Availability: full, weekends and holidays
