Sales Operations Analyst 736S (LC)  

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales, inventory purchases and market related data providing insights and drivers for results. Identifies and recommends opportunities to meet targets. Lead monthly ordering process including all necessary actions to guarantee an accurate net order release and therefore supporting customers and sales process. Liaison between Sales and S&OP.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar position and/or category sales related position.
• Experience working with the consumer goods or beauty industry is preferred.
• Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Advance proficiency in software platforms such as Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP; data base analytics. 
• Develop and implement databases, dominance of data collection systems, data analytics and any other strategy to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Excel expert- advance level with dominance of macros, pivot tables, v-lookups and master data file management.
• Availability:  Travel for events or training may be required based on business needs (1-3 times a year).
